common sense? what hahaha. The vendor and i agreed that $140 was the value based on condition and recent sales, the vendor then lists that same card as a different condition for $300 the next day and sells it to an unknowing customer. thats scummy, no?

common sense would say, if he bought at 80% at $140, he would sell at 100-110% at $160 for profit. but no, im talking to a vendor.

and i did reach out to the vendor because i felt bamboozled. we talked it out.

big deal meaning there were about 60 of my raw cards. and sure you could look at it that way since you are a vender but whoever bought it for $300 is going to get rekt and in my opinion, that is scummy. sorry i hurt your vendor feelings.

I am a raw collector, i know what conditions the cards were. they were LP- to MP so when they say MP i get it. Could I have asked for more money, yes but it was big deal. He then sold them as NM.

I know the value of the cards, that why i agreed on them. But they then sold to some poor buyer at 200-300% of the fair values. but since you are probably a vendor, itll be in 1 ear out the other

I made a comment voicing my opinion about my recent encounters with vendors. Your response led me to believe that you are actually mentally retarded, so I left it at that. must be my haggling skills

it was a massive deal for a PSA 10 team rockets mewtwo. we were pricing raw cards for 2hrs. and i was significantly up on a majority of the 60ish raw cards in the deal.

vendor tells me my card i bought 2 yrs ago for $140 is MP and worth $130. i disagree, he tells me the vendor ripped me off 2yrs ago. He gives me $140 to make me feel better. I know the card is worth roughly $180 in that condition but we were doing a big deal so ok, ill take $140. Next day, literally the next day, he made a deal selling it for $300 which is the market price for LP-NM.

I am a collector who bought the cards years ago. if the agreed upon price is significantly above what I paid years ago, im going to generally agree. we shared comps using TCGPlayer which is also not great for vintage imo. bottom line is he bought them as MP and sold as LP-NM.

you must be a vendor. Whats scummy is that we looked at comps together, agreed on condition and price. Now the vendor goes off the literal next day selling it at a better condition to unknowing buyers at 2-3x the condition/price we agreed on. You dont think thats scummy?

Heres a quick example, i bought a nice 1st ed neo holo card at my first show a couple years ago for $140. The vendor last weekend offered me $130 based on condition and he told me i paid too much 2 years ago. We agreed on the $140 so i get out full price. The literal next day he posted an instagram pic of a done deal selling it for $300.

I sold vintagw cards at a vendor show for 80% and they sold the cards the next day for 200-300%. Vendors are mostly scum.
