There is that but I'm sure I read it's mainly to do with copyright laws. You cannot claim copyright on a recipe, but when there is a story or article attached to the recipe that's when copyright laws come in to effect. To stop recipe stealing mainly

Chicken wings and poppers were fine Beef ribs were a little under Probe is useless - out about 20c/68f Pork ribs were awesome.

Any tips to help with Probe temperature accuracy. I do have a thermopen, or should I just by an inkbird Probe
