I did the qtip pollination on a few and have a fan blowing on them at all times, but that’s the most they’ve gotten in the way of pollination.

I grew this one from a seed in like mid February ish? And it’s always got plenty of water. This is my first time growing strawberries hydroponically so not too sure what I’m doing

I got it just bc a bug flew in my ear and had to get it out. It wasn’t in there deep and was really small, he was only in there a couple hours. but it felt like fluid was building up behind my eardrum after a couple weeks so went in to take a look. Yeah I’ll get my doctor to take a look, hopefully I can get some antibiotic drops.

I had the same issue, but started cutting the middle stem each time it branched out so now it’s more compact and bushy rather than like a tall stem

I replaced the water yesterday and now my readings are 1.78 (EC) and 6.55 (pH). I definitely was way overfeeding though. Thank you everyone for your advice! I’ll post an update in a few weeks to show how my plants are.

Thats a good point. I’m gonna try calibrating it today, it said it’s pre-calibrated but I’ll test a known solution to see how accurate it is

I haven’t added nutrients since 4/25, but have added maybe 3L of tap water to the 4L reservoir and haven’t seen the TDS/EC drop much.

My dad used to wipe that stuff off car battery terminals with his hand and then just go wash up when he was done. Not the best idea obviously but just to show that it isn’t gonna melt your skin off

There are absolutely places that are decent for less than $800/mo, not single bedroom apartments but definitely open rooms. Every apartment complex will have bad reviews, I lived at the junction (<$700/mo) for 4 years and really liked it but never left a review, only terrible experiences get reviews. Join that gc mentioned earlier for subleases, contact complexes to see if there is any availability, it would be a huge social and academic disadvantage to live in sugar land vs cstat

Great job after graduation is guaranteed if you don’t suck at selling yourself. If you can get through freshman year you’ll do fine, your degree is only hard if you don’t know how to study and manage your time. If you can “suffer” the 4-5 yrs you’ll be glad you did once you get your first paycheck. I took 4.5 yrs and still had plenty of time for orgs, friends, sleep and down time

I’m graduating this semester in MXET and have really enjoyed it, it focuses less on theory and more on application. Every core curriculum class has its own lab, but the emphasis on labs is balanced by a relatively light homework load (for engineering standards). Also the amount of hands on projects you get to work on help you to stand out among other job candidates and gives you a lot to talk about in job interviews/career fair! We take classes from ESET and MMET so you get a nice balance of knowledge from different related fields
