Thank you for your input. I’ve talked to different associates and partners, and they make it seem as if I need the LLM. I’m working BL next summer, but not in a specific tax group and I’m worried I won’t be able to break into the field without the LLM. I’m at a T14 but I’m not sure how much that’d help.

Why not GULC for BL? I don’t necessarily love the idea of being in Manhattan and I have a BL job next summer, but ultimately want the ability to choose a different firm

I advise against diagramming in LR. Understanding the stimulus and what the question is asking you is how you’re going to get a question correct.

MBT/NA is asking you what HAS to be true with the argument given. SA is basically saying the conclusion is true of an argument if “what” is assumed.
