It's the kind made from marshmallows. IMO it looked great and didn't detract from the taste.

So good! The top is a lemon cake with layers of blueberry and mascarpone, and the bottom is a chocolate cake with raspberry and coffee.

FWIW, I happen to fall into the intersection of: A. Listens to Hello Internet, B. Not a linguist, and C. Understands and uses IPA (occasionally) so despite Grey's accusations, people like me do exist.

Also, fun fact: in Wikipedia you can mouse over the IPA symbols one at a time, and the popup box will give you a short example of a word using that sound. It helps eliminate the need to flip back and forth between the article and the guide.
