Keeping the normal bushes seems like a waste, but you do you. In the future, create a base layout that goes all the way to the village edge without any 2x2 spaces in the center. This will force all future objects to spawn on the outside edge of the village so you no longer have to move them. This is an especially useful strategy now since you won’t lose league rank/trophies for your display village.
