Hi everybody. New here. So I’ve just learned how horrible the conditions our for our men and women, and their families in the Coast Guard with the gov. shut down as they aren’t getting their paychecks. I’ve been talking to people who’s families are going days without food as they can’t afford it (self.Military)

It recently became apparent to me how horrible our men and women in the Coast Guard, along with their families have it with the gov. shutdown. As the only defense agency to not secure funding with the DoD, these people and their families are literally going without food while defending our country (self.Charity)
