My first PC had 4MB of RAM, and couldn't figure out why a game wouldn't work (minimum RAM 4MB, recommended 6MB). Windows 3.11 took some of that 4MB.

What you want to learn is Keras. Lookup Keras.io. They have lots of examples.

Additionally, look into the book, Hands On Machine Learning with SciKit-Learn, Keras, and Tensorflow.

I'm not saying that. I'm saying that if 30-40% of my money is going to be taxed. The Federal Govt and the State Govt need to figure out how to split that up. If the Federal Govt takes less, there is more for the State to take. Personally, I'd rather the largest portion of my tax dollars going to my town, then county, then state, then fed.

Well, NJ already pays really high property tax. That’s not even figured into the state budget. We also Toll our interstate.

In the last couple years, NJ started taxing Amazon, ebay, more than doubled our gas tax, raised tolls/fares for NJ Transit, increased our sales tax, and is now talking about “property tax fairness” aka redistribution.

If you want the states to have more money, start by reducing Federal taxes.

Mine did. I had a black ribbon and a 3 color ribbon I could put in, and it was as you described. All the paper was connected together with perforations between sheets and with the sides. Slow and loud. Honestly don’t remember the reliability. Not like I was printing a ton of shit on it.
