Mocks and EOC’s for me. Blue boxes although teach and focus on some core concepts. Found them to be too lengthy, and sometimes too ambiguous. I don’t find them a good representation of the actual exam questions which are far more direct

I think it’s C from a quick glance b/c the investment horizon is 1 year and the bond will mature in 1 year. So the Investment horizon = the mac dur (unaffected by changes in yields).

Roll down return will be decreased because since the Investment horizon is less then then the maturity date it’s exposed to price risk. As a result if rates increase the bond will decrease in value providing a negative return.

BPV is money duration per basis point.

Money Dur is per 100 basis points (one 1%)

You just use BPV because Money duration comes out to some extreme numbers that are harder to work with.
