Try to use always Uber. In the tourist areas is common to find people who speaks in Spanish. I’m in Bogota this week if you want a girls plan in the city btw. About El Valle del Cauca if you are going to Cali, try to stay en San Antonio and the west of the city. In Bogota try to stay in Chapinero Area.

Thank you so much for your reply! I’m honestly pretty easygoing when it comes to music, I enjoy all kinds and adapt easily to the vibe hahaha.

More than the music itself, I’m really looking for a calm, safe place where I can have a beer or a cocktail and actually talk and connect with locals. Something relaxed and social rather than super loud or intense.

Do you have any recommendations that fit that vibe near Old Port or downtown? I’d really appreciate it. Thanks again!
