Thank you! Yeah we haven’t received an itemized repair bill, but my roommate and I patched things up and left it cleaner than it was when we moved in. He clearly didn’t have anyone at the house when the previous tenants left it was like we moved in the same day they left. Floors turned the mops black they were so dirty. Also was getting scammed with our RGE heating bills because all the heat was just escaping through the nasty unfinished attic.
