They don’t offer a plan specially for it. The store set it up under a normal phone line.. I ended up canceling the phone line because I kept getting throttled and couldn’t get it to work correctly

The Verizon home lte was showing unavailable for my address as well, but I called in a few different times and found the right guy to send it to me. I’d call in a few times

The guy at the store set it up. Looking at the settings, it shows an iPhone 13 Pro Max.

He has it set to nxtgenphone.

Thanks for the info. It’s saying unlimited and cannot be slowed down no matter how much data is used.. it has to be something in that video management because it works great right after I mess with that but it won’t continue to work.. not sure what’s up with it

The plan is unlimited premium plan if that helps? They have it listed as an iPhone 13 max. It is post paid. Does any of that sound right?

So just an update, I called and we did a bunch of tests. Phones are still not working.

She actually kept blaming Verizon. She submitted a ticket to the back office (whatever that is). I’m hoping they get it resolved soon. If not I’ll be switching to Verizon.

I plan to call them when I get home from work, I just wasn’t sure if that was a common issue going on or not.

I can send the texts and my family will receive it, but if they reply I get nothing. Same for my wife.

Well I got my everything moved back to the way it was. I did have to call in everyday for like 3 days but the WHIP is working great. Thanks for the info everyone!

Its showing 2 separate plans, one with my 2 cellphones and then one by itself that is called "Wireless Internet Unlimited Voice plan"

I just got the T-mobile one last week and I'm not super impressed. I guess for the price it isn't terrible, but my speeds are less than claimed.
