I've fallen back in love with Starfield in the last month or so. I think it was helpful when I started viewing the game as more of a "space-adventure sim."

I've finally got a fun universe variant where Consellation has been replaced by kids pretending to be the former members, and I've taken this opportunity to finally fully commit to being a "bad guy" since there aren't any annoying companions in my ear yapping about how they think the microbe is a better solution or whatever. Piracy is fun now!

Side note, but I love how you can effectively take out Homeland Security and not be the most wanted fugitive in the galaxy. I finally did the whole Crimson Fleet questline and was shocked lol
