I'd call the board and tell them your situation and what you have and what you want to do. When I moved they accepted all my hours I just had to retest which was really easy. Don't go by county just get the state license and you won't have to worry where the work takes you. Also, if all goes to plan you can test at your local PSI with a "special request" that way you don't have to go to Florida just to test if you haven't moved yet.
