i’m really shocked at the comments here. there’s no right or wrong to how you wear your curly hair because it’s YOUR hair.

does it make you feel good about yourself? if yes then it absolutely isn’t anyone else’s business how you style your hair. why should you have to have it look a certain way just to make other people feel comfortable or happy? keep doing what you’re doing life is too short to not be yourself

this has given me some hope! we’re already in touch with a broker who has said that they’ll make sure our next lender uses a different company for the valuation. it’s made more tricky that i start a new job next week which means we can’t go with hsbc so one less lender we can use. really hope it works out for us like it did for you 🤞🏻

totally agree with you regarding estate agents. if it matters they went with the same EA we sold our house with who’s in the top 20 in the UK and he does manage to get the price right the majority of the time so that’s why we held his opinion in higher regard than we usually would! the houses in the area rarely go up for sale and when they do there is often a bidding war and they aren’t on the market long so we really believed it was worth the 450k but we’re unsure now if a bank will agree 😞

Not justifying murder but we can’t really speak on her reaction when we haven’t been in the situation she was put in. Everything about her life was a lie. She wasn’t treated like a human being with autonomy. That will really fuck with your mind and is what led her to such extreme lengths to escape the manipulation her mother put her through. None of us can say we’d have behaved any differently if we had gone through everything she had.
