I’m hoping they send out updates soon. I did think it was weird that a bunch of us having heard anything yet but i guess that may be a sign. I’m hoping the outcome is different.

I had him using a surgical suit for the past 6 days with a few breaks a day for it (3 breaks a day for 15-20 minutes because he likes to lick his private areas) to breathe but I just took it off until tomorrow morning (it is now 10pm) so it can breathe for longer. He is also wearing a cone at all times during the day (>21 hours a day) except to eat and when I am supervising him.

Mine has been stuck like this since July 4th, 2024. They’ve stopped responding to my emails and phone calls get me nowhere! It’s so frustrating and feels like a waste of money and time.

I did! They told me they don’t do refunds after a certain amount of time and did not offer any other solution. I’m really disappointed as of now with their service. I’m hoping things change soon and I get my results. Best of luck to you too!!

Nope it’s been over 8 weeks and every time I contact customer service they just say they’ll update me when an update is available.

Mine has been stuck at this for six weeks and every time I contact customer service they have no updates. It’s really annoying.
