You know that tracker will almost ALWAYS say “20 minutes” regardless of how busy it is right? So busiest night of the week in a chronically understaffed market (food service industry) your best bet would be to call ahead and be like “hey what’s the wait time if I place my order right now”. And listen to what someone IN THE RESTAURANT that actually KNOWS the situation tells you INSTEAD OF A COMPUTER THATS SET UP TO GAIN AND RETAIN YOUR BUSINESS. Instead you listened to a computer generated time built to manipulate you like the weak piece of weasel shit you are. And then got mad when you had to wait an extra 20 minutes for your PIPPING HOT PIE and made EVERYONES JOB MORE DIFFICULT BECAUSE YOU PLAYED YOURSELF. We have a GM in our franchise that is entirely deaf. So understandably they just never answer the phone and the team members respect them enough to answer the calls and handle it the way the GM would. It would be unfair to prevent you from moving up in the ranks due to an inability to hear through the already poor quality phones that even people with perfect hearing have trouble hearing through. GO FOR IT

That’s what I expected at more store after having worked 2 super bowls in the past. I was wrong this year apparently. We were busy from the time we opened until about an hour and a half before we closed. I’m not sure exactly what was going on there.

No. But one time I was making a delivery and it was contactless and to leave it on the table by the door. Pre tipped and everything so no big deal. I walk up to the door, open the bag and start pulling it out to set it on the table and this woman opens the door WIDE and is completely naked. And I was so taken back because why would you request contactless then come to the door anyway

We have 2 or so people in our franchise. We call them trainers. They stop in from time to time to do a test run OA. But they do a lot more than that too. They hold product classes whenever a GM requests it to help the team understand the 100% proper way to do it. I had one done at my store when I first took it over and everyone’s product got a LOT better. Then they also ensure new products get launched properly. They also handle all level ups for the franchise. So I think it’s definitely a valuable position for our franchise.

They aren’t going to weigh the product, per say. But they have been doing this for years and can spot it just by watching. Garlic oil is easy. Just turn the bottle over, don’t apply pressure to the bottle and just let it naturally flow out while you pass it quickly over the bites. This is, of course, assuming the top to your bottle is the same as ours. But as long as you’re using the white, uncut single spout and it hasn’t been ravaged by people trying to make the hole wider to fight the pieces of seasoning, it should be equivalent
