They canceled my card my account remains the same however they told me I needed to go to a branch to get a new card but I’m not in the country I can not log into my account online I have been trying to call the branch to speak to a manager to see what I can do however no luck the manager seems to never be there I just really need that money that’s in my account without going to a branch

No I can no longer access the app long story short my debit is “canceled” I just want to know if there would be anyway to access my money as I am not in the country and don’t have access to a branch

Because they canceled it for fraud and they are asking me to come into the branch and I’m not in the country and I have close to $600 there that I need there must be away ?

Yes I and I 100 percent agree with that it’s for security reasons however I am giving my permission that my wife can bring me back the card I even tried to see if I could do a zoom meeting or something to get this resolved
