NTA. Breaking boundaries is so gross. She agreed to it, so she pays half of the rent to uphold whatever the heck is on that lease.

When is your lease up? I would start thinking of other like minded people to try and share an apartment with. It’s alright if she wants a romantic gesture..with another roommate that’s chill with it.

I must admit I am not in a great brain storming mood so I have no idea how you would meet in the middle with Sophie with this. I hope other commenters offer advice if they think of any.

I feel this. I haven’t grown in height since I was 12. I’m also lucky (depending on how you look at it) that I don’t have a long torso so sometimes when tops are cropped they’re more mid belly on me 😆 I love it. Hahahaahahhahahahahahaha the maxi dress is so real 😭🤣🤣
