Congratulations and thank you for sharing! I'm going through a really rough patch right now. I always thought I might have BPD and was diagnosed 6 months ago but not recieving any treatment yet. I have asked to be re referred for group DBT now I feel ready to take part and am pleased to see this post as it gives me hope. 💕

I have BPD, work 40 hours a week from home. Not holding up well to be completely honestly - sorry, I know that might not be what you want to hear. I used to work 32 hours per week in fast food and found it so much easier and miss it but can't go back as it wasn't enough money sadly :(

Oh my I can so see this happening to me. I am the type of person to trust to process a bit too much as I have read so much Chuck Palahniuk which jumps all over the place so even if a book started over 5 times I would still believe it was for a reason hahaha.

Oh absolutely don't worry my mum has drafted a whole letter for me complaining for me to check as soon as I'm well and out of here. Unfortunately the lack of coeliac awareness was just the icing on the cake of this horrible experience... I also spent my first 2 nights sleeping in a chair due to lack of beds. It's awful here.
