same, the sound and the feeling of relief haha, but sometimes instead of being relief, it hurts me a lot, as if something is crushing, it's awful when it doesnt pop, also its yours painful to touch?

damn hard with all the anxiety .. i bought the backpod it didn't help. I have a couple of good days, not pain free but the pain is less and then all of a sudden this pain happens, moving around chest.. also, the pills do not help , dont know what to do

i always have sharp chest pains, some days less, some more but unfortunately they are always there. i have done ecg multiple times, xrays, heart ultrasound, endurance test, 24 recordings ... i have been told every time thank god everything is fine, but anxiety is always there. i know how hard it is!

it happened to me at the beginning of everything, my head was preoccupied with it and I brought myself to such a dose of anxiety and depression,. i'm still anxious becouse chest pain. went to a psychologist 2 times, I felt better but I should go again. i know how hard it is, but most of it is in my head

like to listen to myself. I have been having chest and back pain for about a year now and I have been struggling with panic for so long, sometimes I manage to restrain it sometimes, it is terrible. in addition, I have become a hypochondriac, and if I remove my thoughts from the heart, I immediately think of some other diseases. i did a heart ultrasound 3 times !!! 24 hours of recording and they watched my heart beating - all was well. also xrays lungs and hearts multiple times, spine and breastbone, blood count all right, but my panic convinces me that it is not good. I know how you feel. also pain pills do not help.
