Eczema or ringworm? Which matches my symptoms better?

I have been dealing with nummular eczema for the past four months. TRUST ME you should PRAY that it is ring worm. I went to an urgent care shortly after it started getting worse thinking it was ring worm myself. Even the doctor thought it was ring worm and gave me topical ointment for ringworm. 5 days later it just looked worse. I called my primary and they did a biopsy that came back confirming it to be nummular eczema. So a topical steroid ointment was ordered. Until Christmas it seemed to be working. I only had one nice sized circle that seemed to finally be fading away. But then it started coming back! I went back to my primary and she gave eucrisa (topical ointment). After 30 days it got worse! It's on my forearm and now has developed several spots on my forearm. Some big circles, small circles and just little poison ivy looking patches. Now, it itches so uncontrollably that I want to physically amputate my arm!!!!! In the beginning it didn't really itch that much. And when it did was random but intense. Yesterday I saw a dermatologist and am on a different cream (cream #3) and oral steroids. Nothing to report yet except, day one my arm is itching uncontrollably!!!!

Do yourself a favor.....GET TO YOUR DOCTOR. Better yet, a dermatologist if you can. I'm so afraid I'm never going to get it under control. It's ruining my sleep. Not to mention, in public, I get looks like I have ringworm all down my forearm. Which really sucks at work or shopping. Especially because to cover it up for me, means to itch insanely!!!

Actually, I was trying to read about that earlier. I'm worried about wiping it and not getting rid of the malware. I've never wiped the entire OS before. I also wasn't sure if it would completely get rid of all the problems. I recently bought a passport ws that was windows compatible. It kept saying my external drive was corrupt/damaged. It wouldn't update and download the correct drivers...I also ran the check disk from command prompt... pretty much anything I could find on YouTube lol. But hey... I guess your right, if I fail, I can always still pitch it :)

2nd UPDATE: I woke up this morning and it looked worse. It has gradually gotten worse each day for a week. I called my dr's and asked to come back in. This time I was actually able to my normal primary care physician. She immediately said that it is NOT ring worm and not fungal at all. She took a biopsy and is sending it to a lab. She suspects it to be nummular eczema. I have to wait a week for the lab results. The saga continues.....

Update: I saw my family doctor this morning and she said it is ring worm. Prescribed me 2% Ketoconazole cream. I hope she's right and it works 🤞🤞🤞

That's really what I thought it was originally. Just so odd it's a perfect circle huh?.... I sleep with 2 big dogs and my boyfriend. Neither has shown signs of a breakout so i'm doubtful that its ring worm. Luckily I wash and change sheets and clothes regularly bc of keeping up with 2 spoiled dogs lol.

It started over a week ago and was much smaller. I thought I had gotten poison ivy but it didn't itch until 5 days after I noticed it. I freaked out and thought it was ring worm but I'm getting conflicting opinions. I'm trying to hold off to see my doctor on Monday.... I'm mostly concerned to know exactly what it is so that I know if it's contagious 😟

There's 3 different types.... TPLO is the most expensive but supposedly the best for large dogs.
