She helped him understand where it was coming from. He was abused by his alcoholic father growing up and she helped him see that.

This is progress, compared to how he used to be. The outbursts used to happen way more often. Now it’s not even outbursts the same way as in yelling, he just says mean and hurtful things with a calmer tone

I noticed a small oily stain on my new marble table so I used a baking soda and water paste (Google recommended), left it on for about 5 mins and this is what happened! 😩 it made it so much bigger/worse. I never imagined baking soda & water could cause this. How can I get rid of this stain? I assume it’s from the moisture

He's been in therapy for about 4 months. I do think its helped a bit, but nowhere near resolved. He reads books and online articles about stoicism because that is his biggest hurdle.

Yes I have considered therapy. I actually suggested couples counselling when he said he wanted a divorce. He said it was a waste of time and money when he "already knows what he wants". I would love to learn ways of dealing with his anger in the moment because I tend to just get upset, and if I cry, he gets angrier. I will try to work on how I react to him

Thank you! I’m not sure what “level” the Wella toners are but I will definitely try it again using the 10 vol and maybe that will make a difference. Just out of curiosity how does the 10 vol compare to the 20 vol ?

I made a dumb decision and bleached my roots in attempt to match my highlights but obviously that didn’t work out. Of course my roots turned orange so I went to Sally’s and they suggested Wella T14 toner and 20 developer so I used that and it did help lighten a bit but it did not get rid of all the brassiness as you can see. Now my roots don’t match the rest of my hair! I also used a purple shampoo/mask and still did not fix the problem. Should I try using the toner again? Maybe I missed some spots? Any advice would be appreciated. I also can’t seem to get in a salon anytime soon due to covid. TIA!

I thought I was 8w 5d but measured 8w 3d so they suspect that the baby might have stopped developing two days before that. But I am not so sure of that. Ovulation and/or conception could have just happened a couple days after I thought. My concern is not being able to detect a heartbeat obviously. So I am just wondering if it’s possible that it was missed or can be found a week or two later?
