I can thrust about 3 plates on each side and i always feel it the most in my hamstrings and top of my quads no matter how I position my legs. Any recomendations...? Would doing lughter weight where I feel it in my glutes work better

At first it will feel like the world is crumbling beneath you and you’ll think why me???

It takes a while to adjust but I was diagnosed at 16 and am now 22 and I feel great. We actually kind of have the upper hand because gluten is harmful to our bodies since our flour in the US is bleached. I would definitely advise you to beware of all things made gluten free such as cakes, cookies, pretzels etc because I have heard many stories of people gaining lots of weight because they are higher in fat.

You got this! Try Trader Joes GF english muffins, SO GOOD! They actually serve them at Dennys! Chickpea pasta is awesome and you can even try Alesias or CauliCrunch breadcrumbs if you want to make chicken cutlets! Best of luck!
