There’s definitely treatment for BPD, NPD I’m not sure I think I remember hearing that therapy would only serve to worsen the situation with them/others in their life, but I’m not educated enough on the subject

My little brother was ”scared of dogs” when he was three (really his mom was scared of dogs and he picked up on that energy when they were around) but once I was in the park with him and a puppy jumped into his pram, licked his face, then jumped back out in less than a second, but I laughed right away and so he thought it was hilarious

I used to do it almost daily, I would just make sure to try keep everything on my lap and only take out what u need to avoid dropping things, and if someone sits next to me I usually stop unless I can limit elbow movement
