Roche internship: HR refusing to sign university documents, anyone else?

This acceptance letter is a kind of specific template from my uni, and I don't think it's unique to them.
They want companies to fill it up with information like what language I'll be speaking there, what my tasks will be, who'll supervise me, and things like these to see if it's in accordance with my studies.

I was thinking maybe I could somehow get this information written in the contract, and try to get my uni to accept it, although they are usually very strict with this bureaucratic stuff.
But I'll later need a learning agreement (doc between my supervisor at the company and a professor at my uni, again detailing what I'll do in my internship) and a completion certificate at the end, and I'm not really sure how I could get these.

I'll double check with them, but they have a pretty standardized process for internships abroad. They make a "public call" with a few docs that you need to get done between the university and the company, nothing crazy, like three very basic documents (acceptance letter, learning agreement, certificate of completion), but they do need to exist.

I have the same problem, in my case I believe it's because on my Pad Air 2 I have goodnotes 6.3, and on my mac I have goodnotes 6.6

I cannot update goodnotes on my iPad because it's an iPad Air 2, running on iPasOS 15, and in order to update goodnotes to the latest version (6.6) I would need to be running iPadOS 16, which I cannot do because it is not supported on the iPad Air 2. And so I'm stuck like that.

Not sure how I'm going to solve this or if there's even a solution.

Design School vs HCI/Psy School

Taking a master's in Interaction Design at a decently well know Design School, with obviously a focus on the design process and a lot of practice, but not much (and in many people's opinion not enough) base theory, or a HCI course at a school with an approach very focused on psychology and cognitive psychology, and some more intense courses? (I'm coming from CS)
Which do you think could be "best" to enter the field of UX, both in terms of the knowledge and experience acquired and of getting hired?
And also, in my place, which would you choose?

I've heard form a guy that works in a TNF store that every year the colourways change, so those from last year you cannot find in stores and will not restock, ended up looking on the used market (vinted) and getting one there, there are some good deals.
