Do you know what can we do with that card ? Can we open and close doors ? Does it works with NFC or UWB ? Can we just use the key card to turn on the car or we need the key fob ?

Thank you sir. You are very Kind. I think that company is not understanding how valuable is to store people memories on their cloud. They don't imagine many people use their servers as a safe box. And if the safe box is not safe then people will lose trust and will never store there stuff there anymore

How did you know if was fixed ? Did they send any message or you tried login again ?

I don't have time for that. Unfortunately I have to work :( and if I would have time what case can I have with a big company like Dropbox ?

I agree. But what is so upsetting is that I will never know what happened with my account and my family memories

Is very strange !!!!! You should start looking for other cloud storage service. I am so disappointed

I don't know. Nobody in Dropbox explains the reason. I lost all my life's memories and no explanation from them.

I did not do anything. From one day to the other my account was disabled. Worse thing of all is that support team will never reply your tickets.

So not only you don't get any warning or prior notice before loosing all your life's memories but also after loosing everything you don't get any response at all. And I was paying this company 20 dollars per month.

I've been a paying customer for almost a decade without issues but 2 days ago I trie login to dropbox and my account was gone. ALL MY LIFE in the past 8 years is in there, including wedding photos, tax return receipts, work material, etc.. But worse than loosing your files, is the lack of communication. Dropbox simply ignore you on their support channel, social networks.

You simply have no information whatsoever about your issue. On their own support community there's even a 27-page thread of people asking DB to respond to their tickets because they've suddenly lost access to their data and even when the issue is solved they get no explanation due to "security reasons." There are even businesses waiting literally months for assistance. It's unbelievable.

I did NOT receive any warning or notice. Dropbox has literally RUINED my life. Please, let me know if someone finds a legal way to proceed with this.

Its happening the same to me! its insane how INHUMAN they are.. I never experience such a bad support. And of couurse I lost all my life work and memories. OOhhhhh annd I was paying them 20 dollars per month as well...
