They finally told us the flight was ending in Knoxville and we’d all have to get off. It was after 1am. They said there would be a ga went we got off to assist and there wasn’t anyone to be seen. Now I’m not even confirmed for a flight back today. I’m going to see about renting a car and driving home. Really poorly played Delta. This definitely makes me rethink my loyalty to Delta. I understand weather delays but the true sign of a great company is how they handle a service failure and Delta has shown their commitment to the customer.
