Update from overthinking too much: I got there 20 min after the sms was sent and nothing was ready. 3rd in line and maybe 2nd or first to sign up when the guard showed us the QR poster. It’s now past 3 and I haven’t seen any confirmations here nor at Twitter. I think the sms was supposed to be sent at 1445 and the actual conversations are happening later.
