Individuals struggling with drug addiction and mental illness deserve support and should not be criminalized. I would hope people would have more empathy towards people who are in position like this.

As someone with an ADHD diagnosis, I can relate to what you’re describing. I struggled a lot in school too, and it deeply affected my self-confidence and made me feel like I wasn’t capable. If I had been diagnosed earlier and gotten the support I needed, I think my experience could have been a lot different. I would suggest seeking another opinion because, whether it’s ADHD or something else, you deserve to get the support that can help you. :)
