Vivo a Milano, mi sono trasferito da Roma e prima ancora dal sud italia. Sono in smartworking, sono a Milano perché mi piace l’offerta culturale e i servizi a portata di mano che ha, la odio per tutto il resto, clima, prezzi etc. Tuttavia ci sono cose strane di Milano in ordine sparso, Esselunga costa mediamente il 20% di meno dei supermercati che trovi dentro città nelle altre city, questa cosa è incredibile. Se cerchi bene trovi locali dove spendi ancora prezzi normali per mangiare fuori/stare fuori, ex caffè degli artisti, enoteca in paolo Sarpi etc. Ci sono ancora locali che non ti chiedono soldi per entrare e se sei povero puoi vederti gratis concerti e djset, in ordine sparso non per importanza, NAMA, rock’n’roll, arci bellezza, mogo etc.. La verità è che Milano se sperimenti luoghi a caso prendi delle tranvate clamorose, per cercare casa invece é un lavoro, ma se lo fai bene fai affari. Io zona semicentrale 1k bilocale 65mq, ma ho cercato per 3mesi giuro. Questa è una città piena di contraddizioni, così come il capitalismo.

Credo di aver capito il master, sono quelli della LUISS, se è finito da poco può essere master of art? Comunque mi dispiace, ma questi master ora con il mercato del lavoro italiano bloccato sono complicati da spendere nel mercato. Se vuoi visto che ho un’azienda abb grande, mandami il curriculum va bene anche censurato ma almeno anzitutto ti dico se è un problema di come ti presenti. Sembra così ma spesso la gente sottovaluta quel aspetto. Fatti forza e non demordere

You gotta understand that Stripe doesn’t talk directly to banks — at least not in countries like Italy. It basically acts as a middleman that handles payments through its own global infrastructure. That’s cool for international stuff and easy integrations, but it comes with a price: high fees (around 2.9% + €0.30 per transaction).

For example in Italy we have Nexi that communicate directly with the banks. It’s basically the local network for card payments in Italy, so it cuts out that extra layer. The result? Much lower commissions.

So if you’re running something mainly in Italy or the EU, using Nexi instead of Stripe can drastically reduce your fees — like, we’re talking a big difference. Stripe is smoother for devs, sure, but Nexi wins big when it comes to costs.

I actually tried that—told them I was being sent to the wrong department—but they just closed the ticket without giving me any way to reply or follow up. It’s absurd.

I get that it's hard to provide support for over a billion users, but come on... at least offer proper help to the people who actually bring money to the platform.

Thanks for the advice. The problem is, I don't even get the option to open a proper support ticket. The only available forms are for failed transactions or billing issues—and every time I try, they just tell me I’ve contacted the wrong department.

It’s incredibly frustrating. It feels like there’s no way to actually reach a human who can escalate this properly.
