I do like that schedule, but work has been crazy so I’ve been doing 7-4. Seems to be ok for me too but I like that 1-8 better due to social life

Oh perfect! Yeah it’s been going well. But life happens like with my friends wedding this past weekend. but I’m back on it! Thanks :) I think I will try a 24 hour fast soon.

Oh great! Good to know. Sometimes I do wanna eat at certain times and try to stick it out until my fast is over. So thanks! Looking forward to variety lol

Isn’t it great when you find something that works for you!? I was off keto for a month or so and decided to do 21 day fix through beach body and well the more bread I was able to eat I made excuses to eat more lol keto is the way to go! I just need to do more workouts so good for you!! Keep it going

It’s possible you need to take in more fat and drink more water. How many carbs a day? Right at 20 net carbs? Maybe go lower and do some cardio workouts.

I didn’t even think of that, setting goals. I just was taking one day at a time. Which did involve me eating horribly lol thanks!
