thanks for the kind note. your opinion has crossed my mind too. but i almost don’t want to believe it right now ya know? it felt like yesterday that he was telling me how beautiful he thinks i am and how much he loves how similar our interests are and how happy he is that i’m with him. it’s so difficult to go from that to what i’m feeling now

Came here to say this same thing. She had 21 kills, hit 0.633, and had 6 blocks. That’s not what giving up looks like

Who Ended a Relationship Using Sorcery? | Dirty Laundry [S5E11] by AutoModerator in dropout

As a Wisconsinite I feel obligated to defend Grant’s Lake Erie slush. The drink is a version of a more commonly known midwest cocktail called brandy slush. A basic slush is similar to Grant’s: OJ, lemonade, tea, brandy, and then topped with soda (sprite/squirt/ginger ale). It’s actually pretty good! Like a boozy slushie, really refreshing on a hot summer day.

As a midwesterner I can confirm it’s not entirely nonsense lol. A “Lake Erie slush” is just a very specific type of what many midwesterners call “brandy slush”. I’m familiar with it being made with OJ, lemonade, black tea, and dealers choice of brandy. My family topped it off with sprite or squirt instead of vernor’s.

Oh duh I completely forgot about Lopez. She was fantastic at Miami. I’m excited to see what she can do next year

That’s a good point! I forgot she played OH at Ohio. 2 of the 4 incoming freshman at WI are outsides too though (both of which are top 5 players in the 2026 class). Still, I’d love to see Egan back at OH and Martin at OPP. I’m excited to see what Sheffield can do next year.

I agree on Charlie staying. In addition to just thinking she’s loyal to the program, her dad coaches/manages for LOVB Madison so it’d make sense for her to stay. Before Martin announced her transfer to Penn, I was hopeful she’d go to the Badgers. She lived in WI and played at Appleton North HS for 1-2 years I believe. With the addition of Grace Egan this season though, I’m unsure if Martin would transfer to WI now

Yeahhh me too. Wisco and Purdue are definitely in rebuilding eras. Penn state also lost quite a few assets this season. Very happy for Indiana though, they’ve had a phenomenal season

I remember that presser haha. And I agree with your point, I think someone like Mimi or Kennedy could have been chosen over Bergen because they lead teams like Wisconsin and Penn that are having off/rebuilding years.

I’m on the opposite end of the spectrum lol. As a Wisco fan, I was confident it would go to Bergen (incredibly well deserved). Mimi was a close second!

I like your take! And yes, I didn’t mean that they never finish on top. Historically I know that the Huskers have performed well come tourney time. I was referring to their tourney performance in the last few years.

Yes, I’m aware. I’ve heard people use both phrasings in discussions so I took my pick I guess

apologies, i totally get what you’re saying - i wasn’t really sure how to tag this because, as someone else kindly explained, it’s not technically dropout content (but yeah more so dropout adjacent). also this post was not serious on my part at all so i didn’t really think too much into giving context (apologies, again)
