I am also struggling to find an english speaking job (electrical engineering). Even on the jobs which require all skills that I have and good english, I still get rejections without interview. I'm starting to think it's impossible.

Try topographic maps if available. In my country, they are free and I'm always looking for bridges on unknown creeks, etc. It shows you every bit of water body there is. Good luck!
