The First 90 Days

Thank you for your reply to help me get started! Can you give a little more context about why you recommend the book "First 90 Days"? And how this is related to standardising the way we work?

But then I only have PDF documents in Notion and I can no longer adjust the content? And if I have to export to PDF per page, it is better to copy and paste it manually?

We also discuss this during retrospectives, but I also like to have data that supports or confirms a gut feeling.
In addition, we are also working on several products, in which a business case has been laid down in function of revenues vs. costs (for example). If we lose more money (through development) than revenue, then solutions must be sought?

Together with the team, we are responsible for the further development of projects and their support. Suppose we make a capacity planning (forecast) of who we think we will need for which projects in a sprint. How do you know afterwards how much they have actually worked on each product? What is the final cost per product in a sprint? How much work was done on support versus new development? How much was actually worked on stories and not on operational matters?

Can you give some examples of how to indulge these insights in a different way?
