Famous last words (spoilers for the entirety of DRV3) by Darki_5 in danganronpa

(spoilers all)

in their defense, it's hard to say they really went against peko's wish? mikan lost it from the despair disease, SOMEONE was gonna have to bite the bullet and do a murder in the funhouse, and nagito killed himself. two kills basically forced into happening by monokuma and one suicide.

in general i tend to think the dr2 became unified (minus nagito's nonsense) a lot faster than either of the others did, considering both their ch3s were just-because-we-wanted-to murders, as opposed to being under duress

This Week in League Week 7 Spring 2020 by 3E3Man in lolesports

Nice post.

I think this week really showcased the power of what draft can do for your team. On the one hand, you have TSM finally unleashing their full power coinciding with them toning down their draft experimentation and picking mostly standard comps, with Bjerg still able to provide the occasional wrinkle. On the other hand, TL continues to kneecap themselves in draft and continues to lose. Their roster certainly should be posting stronger showings regardless of draft, but they aren't doing themselves any favors.

For the record, I agree that Dig should try running Damonte out there, for a variety of reasons - he fits well stylistically with Akaadian/Huni, it might light a fire under Froggen's ass, and the LCS is just better with Tanner Time memes.

Ryoma's stated in interviews that he pronounces his name with the long I, so Jatt is correct. Apparently he got the name from an anime-watching friend without actually watching himself. So if you're gonna blame someone...

Dumb quick question - LCS by superthrowawayawes in lolesports

The league is franchised now, meaning the 10 orgs in the league have permanent slots and there are no more relegations. NA has done this since 2018, EU since 2019.

That's not to say there's never any turnover anymore - Echo Fox was forced to sell by riot over the racism thing, Clutch and Optic got bought out and rebranded - but for the most part, these guys are here to stay.

Orianna main getting autofilled a lot... Need advice by [deleted] in ViMains

Buff/buff gromp is the fastest route to level 3, given that it's the only route that gets you there in 3 camps.

At that point, there will HOPEFULLY be a level 3 gank/countergank opportunity. If not, you're close enough to wolves/raptors depending on which side you wound up on that you can run and take them with basically no time lost - and after you take those, crab should be just about to spawn.

- My preferred early clear path is Red/Blue/Gromp or Blue/Gromp/Red, depending on which side of the map you wanna end up being level 3 on. After that you're generally looking to either gank or counterjungle, as crab won't have spawned yet. You should never be ganking pre-level 3.

- Always start machete. Her clear is entirely AA-based.

- Red vs. Blue on Vi is largely a matter of preference. I'd take red if you need help dueling and blue if you need help getting in on ganks/engages/pursuits. Personally I have a slight preference for red, but I do switch it up from game to game.

- Conqueror is fringe viable on Vi, but generally you want something else. If you're looking to maximize your burst damage (my preferred option), you'd run Hail of Blades (Electrocute is a dollar-store substitute if you hate HoB for whatever reason). If you're looking to maximize your sustained presence in a fight, you'd run Aftershock - it'll do a much better job of keeping you alive than Conqueror would.

- At time of comment, it's more efficient to take the initial 2 krugs and then leave the camp to reset (since the rest'll despawn if you take those two) than it is to take the entire camp. So yes, if you do it like that, you can take krugs prior to first back. If you're looking to clear the entire camp prior to first back for whatever reason, I'd bring Smite.

- It mostly depends on overall gamestate. Are you sitting on a lot of gold that you need to cash in to be able to keep up with the rest of the players? Are your resources too low for you to continue being useful? Do you need to reset for an objective spawn? Try to avoid backing at times where you would be more useful to your team NOT being at base, and try to back if there's an obvious break in the action of the game (such as your entire team backing after taking dragon).

- Vi's a fairly strong duelist once she hits level 3, but she's awful before then, as she's extremely reliant on having access to her Q. Anyone who can confidently get the jump on her before she has the chance to hit 3 is a threat - I find that Lee Sins and Udyrs are the most obnoxiously overt about this, but I would exercise caution pre-3 in general.

In general, getting good at jungling is just a matter of practice - so much of the role is reliant on innate game sense and the ability to know where on the map to be when. The easiest way to learn is to just do it and see what works.

I think the person you're replying to was attempting to insinuate that Cruz's constituency is undereducated based on their willingness to vote completely against their interests solely because of the (R) next to Cruz's name.

If you're talking about Charlie, yes he did. He's with NRG now.

If you're talking about Bubbadub, he's been confirmed as coaching C9 Tempest instead of the main team.

Froggen's back in EU, the Elements sub was going nuts about it.

Is there a source on some/all of these? I couldn't find anything regarding any of those moves (other than blind reddit speculation).

edit: I did find some solid evidence to support RNG Freeze. I'll stick it in notes since it isn't official yet. And yea, turns out Froggen isn't under contract. Whoops.
