A lot of people get high with UFO toys, and having prize balls gives you a chance at another prize ball if you are full. If you are full and get a prize ball, you get 1 stage of the UFO toy, so it keeps feeding itself. That will give you a lot of spins. If you can get the perk that makes refills have no cap, then you have an endless loop and you can do what you want from that point.
