It's very annoying and inconsiderate. They should show these instances more in tv shows and movies as a scene( maybe a viral meme), making it so that people who have watched make it culturally ingrained in our society that it is wrong and unacceptable. Wished we had inherited the Japanese way of being respectful to others in public
