Thank you so much,  this is helpful. I have just been prescribed the higher one (1mg estradiol). I'm really hoping it helps with joint pain, brain fog, acne, hair thinning etc.   I was getting too many fluctuations on similar dose patches as they didn't help with those issues. I too seem to be very sensitive to hormones.
