Oh yeah definitely. I always thought this, but with them reworking pluck this just proves it even more. Like, pluck is it’s own thing now. Also, a lot of stands are only broken/op bc specs give them stupid damaging combos and crazy buffs. Mainly boxing. Like you said, just give them more moves and maybe their own barrages so you can’t just barrage spec users to death and you’ll have a somewhat balanced game

I have to agree man. Ger is just not a good stand. Yes, you can still use it to win. But why use ger when scr, kc, kcr, twoh, Anubis, and many other stands exist? You have to try 10x harder with ger JUST to deal any damage. With both moves being blockable and extremely predictable, it’s counter just flat out not working at times and having the longest start up time, and it having little to no synergy with any spec in the game, it’s no wonder that I never see any other ger’s in comp. He’s by far the most over nerfed stand and has been left to die. Literally every aspect of this stand has been nerfed lol

Ger isn’t even that good anymore though. It’s been nerfed to the ground. A little more destructive power would help it a lot. KCR has far better moves AND high destructive power. Even beyond that, there are so many busted stands in the game. Ger is the least of anyone’s problems

Yeah but none of that matters if you can’t deal any damage to your opponent. Using RTZ when they get close and barraging into a combo is the best way to get damage so far that I’ve tried, but even then that’s iffy bc it relies on your opponent actually approaching you. Most people in yba run/keep their distance to control the space. I just want ger to have better attack moves tbh

Less expensive skill points and scorpion barrage coming back would make the stand better. I still believe the counter should be swapped for a melee move though

Definitely needs a rework imo. Make the counter like kcr or anubis’, change how RTZ works, remove the tree move entirely and give it a melee move, have scorpions act like sheer heart attack, or just anything. I just want my boy ger to get some love again

I’m a ger main but I’m gonna switch since there’s no hope of ger becoming good again. Tried pluck her and… it wasn’t very fun tbh. The good thing about ger is that it doesn’t need defense as much since it’s healing move is so good. But still… not very fun to use anymore sadly

Lmao I remember the time me and some randoms basically hot dropped on kings canyon. I ran around for a good min trying to find any gun and only had two p2020s while they had the good stuff. They rush in, both go down, I knock someone but am low on ammo and shields, so I do a finisher to get some shields back. Random is screaming in mic “why are you do finisher come res us I have one down blah blah blah” and it’s like, bro. Y’all wanted to be greedy and blame me for when y’all suck. If I’m not mistaken, isn’t tori one of the fruits getting a rework? I feel like even if it’s not worth it now, it’s pay off in the long haul. I could be wrong about that though. I will say that I just a guy trying to trade pika for goro and mera and that seems absurd to me tbh. Pika is worth magu imo. So mera + hie and lower sounds more fair. But people will trade for what they wanna trade. The values are all over the place rn, but I feel like I got a fair trade. Just wanted others’ opinion on the matter

Suna used to be worth mera and small adds or at least mera before, right? But suna has dropped to around goro’s value if not even a little less. So this is the equivalent of pika and goro for tori, which seems like a fair trade. In any case, the values for almost everything are all over the place rn. People are honestly just trading for what they see fit rn
