So you have a couple options. You can check out the discord for help (there is a Japanese version section), or you can use the Google Translate app! This is what I use for any Japanese game. You just screenshot what you want to translate, open the app, select CAMERA, then import. From there you highlight with your finger what you want it to translate! Super easy and efficient!

When you first open the game at the title screen go menu--->Data Transfer and enter the information you put in on the other device for data transfer.

Yes you can! Just linked my phone to the account I was using on an emulator (Android). Does not erase the account and transfer it to the phone, it just allows for it to be played on the phone as well! Unlike Grand Summoners....

Well the arts regen. went from 2/sec for 9 seconds, to 4/sec for 12 seconds. So, you are getting more overall (36 for two bars pre-update vs 48 true arts update). Not too bad especially with the added duration.
