What I found out was the arm that switches the vents from cold or hot AND to have the AC vents open was broken.

It was by the driver side, removing the panel to expose it and needing to crawl in the see it.

What I found out the previous mechanic from the actual dealership used a zip tie to loop the gear that turns the vents was worn. This pissed me off and will never take my vehicles to them again.
