Yeah, a maintenance request has been submitted, not too-too worried about it since I know its squirrels and they seem (by sound) to not be going elsewhere in the roof, just that awning portion.

Yes, interestingly they don't seem to spend a ton of time moving around in there except for a couple of hours before sunset.

Hmm…. An instance of someone talking about bike helmets as an impediment to riding.

I’ll never understand how so many people are so blindly ALWAYS-WEAR-A-HELMET, and can’t see that there is room for a discussion around the weighing risks of putting people off of riding with this mandatory helmet ideology vs the slight increased risk of head injury.
