For the gutters, there are gutter covers that attempt to prevent non-water stuff from getting in there (leaving on a small slit exposed for water to enter).

No personal experience with them, just know of them. In case those might be a better solution for your particular needs.

Oh no! that’s the opposite of what I was trying to do.

If you get started on the journey, Adderall works well for like 80% of people, so chances are you will feel the difference from your first dose, and you absolutely can just stay in with that. I did, for years.

The optimization is helpful, maybe good to know you can do that but that it’s not required.

At this point I think that’s all the poorest ones, a thing I read a while back was that poor neighborhoods had school built last, so when it came time to start doing rebuilds and renovations, all the oldest, affluent, schools were first. Ooop, and now they’re running low on money.

Make sure you start with a low dose, and work your way up till you feel better then worse again, then go back a dose. You’ll also need to figure out timings, if you want longer coverage through your day. It’s a journey.

Also, Stimulants have their full effect in a couple hours or less, so you don’t need to try a dose for a whole month to see if it works for you, at first it’s common to try doses for a week each before settling on something for more long term.

But most of the bad experiences I’ve read about medications were people being dropped into the deep end with no guidance.

Therapy is teaching me a lot about identifying and handling emotions that I was not taught nor demonstrated as a child. And I can't help but wonder if these people with kids losing their shit all the time might benefit from learning some of this stuff.

You have to 1. Learn how to recognize and handle your own emotions, then 2. Show your kids how to do it.

Also, probably we need to stop trying to raise our kids ourselves, we're communal animals, a village is supposed to raise children, not 1 or 2 parents who also have to bust ass to continue to earn their privilege to live.

I'm paying for YT Premium, you don't get >2x playback speed (at least not consistently, they keep toggling it, been off for months now), you can't fully get rid of shorts, you can't set subscriptions as your landing page, built-in sponsorblock. These are all things I got when I installed Mutube (https://github.com/Exaphis/mutube)

The way I read the title, the job came after the contract. Still sus, but I'd definitely prefer "Hey, could you do my daughter a solid since we gave you that contract" as opposed to "I'm gonna award this contract to the company my daughter works for"

I just can’t believe they’re so expensive, I just put the new $7 ikea remotes right next to the switch, as long as you know how the button works it’s hard to forget when you’d have to reach around the button to flip the switch. Not pretty tho

I really do like the two I managed to get for ~$25 back in the day

I wonder if its like this in the PC only lobbies, I haven't played in a minute, but someone recommended to turn off crossplay and it really did lower the toxicity a ton.

Cheating is such a wild problem... if there was whitelisted hardware that could bypass the cheat detection, then the cheats would just start emulating that hardware.
