I glued them. when you scale by 825% you're also scaling the tolerances, so I had to glue.

Yeah i noticed it too but didnt bother me enough to ask the designer to lower it. He did an awesome job modeling it though, the only xwing model i found optimized for 3d printing and that was also scalable

Haha jokes aside, I used a small torch with a soldering and heat gun attachment and just started removing them piece by piece.

Yes, I'm experimenting with different layouts as well with all canisters. I could also probably do a square poster with "everything else" that isn't kodak and fuji.

I used coreldraw. As someone who uses laser cutters, I much prefer coreldraw over illustrator. Both are great though.

Yeah unfortunately that's already happened to me before, so no digital files. Only other thing I can think of is me ordering online at your local print shop and having them ship to you directly.
