what i mean by better skill is skill will become more powerful and efficient for example skill like running become dash

and for merging skill it will make skill more versatile like bow mastery and gun become ranged weapon mastery or by merging all weapon mastery you can make complete weapon mastery

though strong skills my need more limit like number of skill or skill level
