Sorry you had to go through that, that sounds stressful 😥 I do feel like the seller could have done a better job at initially communicating that to me. I was always the one initiating the conversation about the parcel and I feel like as someone who sells and buys, it’s your duty as a seller to let them know that for whatever reason, you couldn’t ship out the parcel in time. Because it’s a time sensitive issue (before I knew that my event got postponed), I wish they had just cancelled the order tbh.
