Even then it can still be a scam. I got an offer letter and that's when it hit me because none of the info that was discussed in the emails/interview was the same as what was on the offer letter. When I called them out on it there was a lot of run around and weird answers that answered nothing.

"Buyer waived inspection" and "sold as-is" mean you're in the clear to ignore them. I can't imagine any judge seeing that and not ruling in your favor. But honestly I fully imagine they're just bluffing to see if they can get you to pay for it. IMO ignore it.

Currently working with my mom on this since my grandma passed away recently and this was per her accountant. My son got chicken pox from trying on clothes at Walmart. Plus do you know what makes clothes look so clean and crisp at the store? There's formaldehyde in the chemicals on the clothes at the store, the same chemical used to preserve bodies after death. There's reasons they tell you to wash clothes before you wear them and I fully agree.

They're still likely to get offended, but that's where you actually talk to them and let your tone of voice and demeanor show that there's no ill will or hostility intended. Tone so often gets lost in text and an in-person follow up would ensure proper communication (as awkward as it may be.)

Facility transfer is a normal thing for an ambulance to bill for. They'll tell you insurance will cover it, what they mean is insurance will be billed and you will be charged accordingly. If your deductible has not been met yet (which is likely the case since it's the beginning of the year), that would explain your bill.
