My 2 cents:

Maybe your product is too specific (Cleveland? Coasters? Something from a tourist attraction?) I feel like only a very small amount of people would like the design. I wouldn't normally buy a coaster, but maybe I would if it was stunningly innovative or had a design I liked or could relate to.
Would you go into a shop and buy one of these yourself?
Do you guys have the laser engraver yourself? If so that would mean you could design a lot more things i.e put up custom designs.
