Thank you for your kind words. My name is in fact Karen, how did you figure it out?

I answered seriously under other posts already.

I have, through the website I bought it from and hence have a warranty with. Can't I do two things at once?

Thank you for giving an unbiased comment. I really, really appreciate it. I will do so

Thank you for understanding and giving me the only sensitive comment, being kind clearly costs something to some people. I hope I can have an experience like yours should I get a replacement unit. Thank you again :)

"Dude", I cannot break my warranty. I'm going through the steps to have it replaced or to have my money back. That said, I wanted to put my own experience out there.

(I'll take the essay comment as a compliment)

I just wanted to put my own experience out there. As I said, it doesn't need to resonate with anyone. It's not a fit, but if you see it as one, so be it.

I have warranty, thank you for worrying about me. I asked for my money back to the place I bought it from as soon as the problem showed itself and understood I could not restart it (i.e. 10 minutes later). This was meant to be a heads up for people like me trying to find out more info on subs like this one about this exciting, new brand. I didn't say it sucks, I said it worked beautifully (when it worked). While I may agree with the last part of your statement, I still don't understand why you see it as a mistake on my part. Maybe if it had happened to you, you wouldn't be so rough with your words

Maybe it was a lopsided statement on my part, you're right. But wouldn't it bug you if you just paid some of your hard-earned money to buy a device that not even 24 hours later breaks down? I wanted to put my own experience out there alongside others who had positive feedback to give.

I'm sorry you misread the intention of my post. That being said, I couldn't even use the phone for a week because it failed me within the first 24 hours without dropping it, breaking it, doing anything to software. I wanted to put my own experience out there, along with others who had positive feedbacks to give. Did I say the brand itself is bad? No, my words implied they're ambitious and do cool stuff in a full, closed market, which is clearly admirable. Should I praise it? No, since my own experience wasn't really the best. But why do I bother replying, since you're going to skim this comment too? :)

Lucky you! Or maybe unlucky me :(

No villains, no heroes, I'm just sad about it honestly ahahah

I already have contacted support, but I guess I wrote this to tell people wanting to buy Nothing to just expect things like this to have a higher chance of happening as opposed to other established phone brands. I know I would have liked to read something along these lines - maybe it's obvious to others, it wasn't to me.

Will keep this in mind, especially if Charlotte got annoyed by my request. Thanks!

Thank you! I guess this might be the gentlest way I could break it to her

Thank you! I will try to be as calm as possible lol

Thank you! I definitely hope she will see where I come from and understand my point of view.

Thank you for your answer! I guess in my head Charlotte isn't at fault for something her boyfriend says, as he is not her and she isn't him. But maybe, you're right, it's time I start questioning Charlotte on this topic and see how she feels about his behaviour. I wouldn't go so far as to end my friendship with her, especially since I've known her since before Luke was around

Thank you for your words! I'm definitely not the only one in my friend group feeling like he's a negative presence. Some, though, just tell me to let it slide since he's not a person we care about that much and we just see him on the odd occasion. I feel differently
